Thanksgiving Day 5k Run

So today my better half asks if I want to run a 5k/10k on Thanksgiving Day. Of course the answer was yes as it not only gives us a great holiday activity and together time, it is great exercise. Got Dunked – Hydrostatic Body Comp

Courtesy of my fabulous trainer at Whole Body Fitness I was treated to another hydrostatic body composition test today at Fitness Wave. For those unfamiliar this is a test that requires you to strip down to your bathing suit and get into a 7 foot long/3 foot deep “pool”. You are hooked up to a grid below that attaches to a scale above.
